Registration Process
Classes fill up on a first-come, first-served basis.  Class registration can be completed online or by calling the studio.  You may register your child any time during the session, and we will pro-rate the cost of the remaining classes. In order to create a safe and creative working environment, we will work hard to develop a community of artists within each class session.  We strongly encourage you to register on time so your artist may be a part of this community from the beginning. Unless noted, the cost of materials and supplies is included in the class fee.

Full payment is due no later than the first day of class or camp.  We enourage secure online payment through our registration system to eliminate a loss of class time on the first day.  You may also call the studio to pay with credit/debit card over the phone.  We accept checks and credit/debit cards (Visa and Mastercard).  Checks should be made out to Whitehall Farm Studios.  Before the first class, we ask the parent/guardian to fill out a liability waiver and photography release form.

Full Classes
If upon receipt of your registration, a class is full then we will notify you by phone or email and will place the child on a waiting list.  If we have any cancellations prior to the first class, we will draw from the waiting list in the order that a registration was received.  If the class is full, we will either give you an opportunity to register for another class or refund your money.

Missed Classes / Cancellations
No refunds will be given for missed classes.  Should your child(ren) need to miss a class, please call the studio prior to the start of the scheduled class.  We will be happy to schedule a make-up class during the same week.  Please note:  Any class that is missed without notice cannot be made up and no refund or credit will be given for that missed class.
In the rare event a class is cancelled due to lack of interest, we will either give you a refund or apply the class fee to another class at your option.

No refunds will be given for missed workshops. If you need to cancel, we require at least a 48 hour notice so that we may try to fill the spot. If we are unable to fill the spot, you are expected to cover the cost of the workshop.

Within our studio walls, masterpieces are created.  We encourage you to provide your child with a snack before arriving at the studio.  The creative process requires a well-nourished artist.  Food will not be allowed inside the studio.  Accidents happen and we would be devastated if a piece of art was ruined by spilt food or drink.

Art is messy!  Worrying about keeping clothes and shoes clean restricts the creative process.  Artists should wear old comfy play clothes and shoes that can get messy.  Crocs and rubber shoes/boots are practical and fun studio attire.

At Whitehall Farm Studios, we prefer to share art and not germs.  In consideration for others, please refrain from sending your child to the studio when they are feeling under the weather.  Please contact the WFS to make special arrangements for a sick day make-up session.
